Ms. Padilla is a Staff Planner with an education and background in Environmental Studies with a background in environmental research and sustainability. Certified as a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor and LEED Green Associate, Ms. Padilla brings a comprehensive skillset and perspective on projects.

Ms. Padilla has assisted in the preparation of several types of environmental documents including Categorical Exemptions, Addendums, Initial Studies (IS), and Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs).
